Each 60 card starter includes 29 fixed cards and 31 random cards.

Within the 29 fixed cards, you get two of the character (starter-only rarity), four other starter-only cards (two copies of each of two cards), one copy of each of 5 uncommons, and two copies each of 9 commons.

The 31 random cards are randomly selected from a pool of cards that are legal for the deck’s character to use, and are always found as an uncommon card, a common card, a common card, before starting over with another uncommon, common, common. This pattern repeats 10 times and ends with one final uncommon, for a total of 20 commons and 11 uncommons.

The deck is presented below in the order it’s found in the box (rather than broken down by type). Rarity indicated next to each card.
